How long we keep information

In accordance with best practise, we retain information for differing periods of time and as follows:
Client records: for the duration of our interaction with you or your organisation plus a further 12 months
Financial records: are retained for 7 years for tax purposes.
Marketing data: are retained for 24 months and deleted on request.
Customer service records: Retained for up to 12 months, depending on the nature of the interaction.
Transaction records: retained as required by regulatory audits and investigations, no more than 7 years.
